6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ample Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which services are provided, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
